A noventa minutos de París se encontrará el nuevo proyecto de Six Sense, el Six Senses Loire Valley, un conjunto de 52 residencias privadas y un hotel de lujo que prevé atraer a los turistas - y locales - más influyentes y pudientes y convertirse en su destino vacacional o en su segunda residencia.

La inauguración del hotel y las residencias privadas está prevista para 2026. Tanto clientes del hotel como los que residan en el complejo podrán disfrutar de un spa maravilloso con tratamientos y masajes, un gimnasio, un centro de yoga, varias piscinas y actividades para conocer la riqueza natural y cultural de la zona. Asimismo, el Six Senses Loire Valley cuenta con un galardonado club de golf, Les Bordes Golf Club.
