Les Bordes Estate Launches Sales Of Custom Luxury Homes

Set amid a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Les Bordes Estate has just announced the opening of sales at Cour du Baron, a very limited collection of custom-built single-family homes just 90 minutes south of Paris and with access to Elite Championship golf courses.

Designed by architecture firm Michaelis Boyd in homage to the Sologne Forest in the Loire Valley, these unique Cour du Baron’s homes represent the first-ever opportunity for buyers to own a home within one of the most exclusive private communities in the world.

The construction team, led by VINCI, has begun work on the first 21 homes (18 of which have already been purchased by Les Bordes Golf Club members. The three remaining first-phase residences, as well as the next phase of 24 residences, are now available for purchase, ranging from €1.5 to €6.5+ million, with move-ins available starting in late 2023.
