Le Doyenné is a restaurant and guesthouse set within the historic grounds of the Château de Saint-Vrain, just south of Paris. Housed in the estate’s former stables, the beautifully restored barn is led by chefs James Henry and Shaun Kelly, whose seasonal menus are shaped by a regenerative kitchen garden at its heart. Heirloom vegetables, responsibly sourced produce, and low-intervention wines define an experience rooted in heritage, craftsmanship, and the rhythms of the land.
