Our brand new Equestrian centre is under the leadership and guidance of our ambassador Scott Brash MBE. Scott is an Olympic Gold Medallist, and the only rider in history to win the Rolex Grand Slam of show jumping. Born and raised in Peebles, Scotland, Scott now competes around the world at the highest level in the sport without losing sight of where it all began; his love of horses.

The social hub of the estate
On the Estate, we are lucky to have a selection of historical buildings dating back to the 12th century, which we will carefully restore and repurpose as a social hub for our residents, known as Le Village. This part of the Estate will be home to a bakery, café and a farmers market, allowing homeowners to purchase fresh local produce just a few minutes away from their doorstep. Next to Le Village, you have our natural lake, which is a truly blissful place to be. With the stunning backdrop of the priory building, it's the perfect spot for settling down to share a picnic, take a refreshing swim, or even go paddle boarding or boating.
