Six Senses Residences Loire Valley

Six Senses Residences Loire Valley is launching the first phase of sales of its luxury homes. The development is located within Les Bordes, one of the largest privately-owned estates in France. The estate is also home to Les Bordes Golf Club, one of the most exclusive private golf clubs in the world. The development will also feature the new Six Senses Loire Valley hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2026.

The first phase of 12 homes (of 52 total), are now available for purchase, which include three to seven-bedroom residential villas. The homes will range from 2,360 square feet to 7,125 square feet on plots up to 1.72 acres in size and priced from €2.57 million to €8.18 million. The five star Six Senses Loire Valley hotel is expected to feature 50 guest rooms and suites, two outdoor swimming pools, three restaurants, two bars, a pool bar, event facilities, an expansive gym and a yoga studio.
